Meet HUSSH Founder—Sita Huber.
Empathy Advocate. Wellness Marketing. Official Brand Therapist.
Hi, I’m Sita Huber.
I hold a BHSc in Nutritional Medicine from Melbourne, where I lived and worked for 14 years before returning to Vancouver Island. During that time, I worked in the wellness industry across distribution, sales, store management, magazine advertising, health writing — and before Zoom was a medical tool, I was already using it to run online programs through my first platform, Mind Body IQ.
I’ve been a nutritionist for Australia’s Next Top Model. I co-created and hosted a cooking show called Eat in Love. I’ve seen the wellness world from a lot of angles.
As my own therapist would say: That was then. This is now.
So I ground myself.
Do you ever get the feeling that something in wellness marketing just… feels off?
Yeah. Me too. Always have.
It’s like a whisper — a hunch, a gut feeling. The kind that says: This should feel different.
Not louder. Not shinier. Just… more human.
And now, after two decades in the wellness industry (hoping that sounds younger than saying 20 years), I know this for sure:
That gut feeling? It’s right.
Wellness marketing is different.
It’s not just about looking good or selling hard.
It’s about reaching people in the middle of something hard.
Because that’s where most people are — doing their best to feel better, to be seen, to find safety in recognition and care.
And here’s the part many miss:
Your customers? They’re often introverts.
Deep feelers. People in healing.
What do vulnerable people need?
Validation. Empathy. Transparency. Trust.
(Not pressure. Not performance.)
I love these people. I am these people.
And I want to help you — through your brand — speak to them clearly, gently, and with heart.
This work is never one-dimensional.
And neither are your customers.
So let me ask: Are you truly listening to them?
Because I am. I’m committed to this.
Let’s grow your brand — and help your audience feel better, feel seen, and feel safe.
This isn’t a revolution.
It’s simply what already is..
“Being seen and heard is the most powerful medicine we can offer each other.”
